Can users download the videos/content for offline use?
By default, the Tine Health App does not download videos onto the client devices. Instead, videos are streamed on demand. Offline viewing is available as a premium feature under the CUSTOMIZED package for those who wish to access videos offline. Offline feature includes a built-in cleanup tool that auto-deletes videos in a predefined interval if the videos are not viewed.Who creates the education content?
Content in the Tine Health Library relating to medical device troubleshooting topics common to all hospitals are created by medical device manufacturers and approved by them for use with their equipment. Tine Health encourages you to look carefully at this content to ensure it meets your specific needs.
Hospitals can also create their own content, to allow them to ensure that everything is customized to meet their specific needs.
Is there a maximum length or file size for the content to be uploaded?
While the Tine Health App doesn’t have an actual maximum length of videos, studies have shown that adults process content ranging from 60 to 120 seconds best. And as a best practice, we recommend for videos to not exceed 5 minutes. For file size, videos of up to 100MB can be uploaded on the platform.Is Tine Health usage unlimited?
Unlimited users can simultaneously use the platform under all Tine packages. There is also no limit for the number of videos or content that can be uploaded or accessed.Does Tine Health collect any data from its users?
